1.      To Get Best Output                                                                                          

1.1    Providing Time to Team: For Portrait & Conceptual photography and cinematography we need at least 40 minutes time with Bride, 25 minutes time with groom and 30 minutes time with Bride & Groom both without any interruption. If client failed to give that much time on event day to the photographer & cinematographer then The Wedding Bell & his team is not responsible for picture & video quality.

1.2    Selection of Location: For better Photographs and motion pic the location (venue/stages/places) must have adequate light and proper decorations where the character (Bride & Groom) could be looked ecstatic.

2.      About Selection & Delivery

2.1    Requiring Time of Final Delivery: We need minimum 30 days (If Client Give us selection), 21 days (If The Wedding Bell Team select) time to deliver all edited and printed properties, if there are more than one event of a client then delivery will extend by 5 days (as an extra time) for per event. (This day counting starts from the day client provide the photo/song selection). If client failed to give us selection within 3-5 days from raw collection, then it may be delayed to deliver.

2.2    Media of Proving softcopy: Soft copy will be delivered through google drive for a short period of time so client have to download it, when the link is given, if there is arisen trouble, please inform us on page immediately. After removing, no claim will be accepted.

2.3    Providing Hardcopies: We suggest you to take the hardcopies from our office. It also can be sent through courier if client wants, in that case, The Wedding Bell authority is not liable for any damage of hardcopies/parcel. For courier client have to pay the delivery charge of the courier.

2.4    Delivering All Raw Pictures & Video: Client can collect all raw pictures & video by paying the due. Without making full payment all pictures will not be provided in that case 10-15 pictures will be considered to provide to upload on social media. Delivering raw video client have to collect from office in his/her hard drive, pen-drive.

2.5    Permanently Removal of Project: After getting the final delivery, if there’s any problem found about the pictures & video, inform us within 7 days. If they get late, no further complain will be taken to consider. After 7 days your project will be considered as a successful project and it will be Deleted permanently from us and there will be no way to recover.

2.6    Selection of Pre/Post Wedding Date & Location: For covering any pre/post wedding or couple photo-shoot (Depends on packages) client proposes us (The Wedding Bell Authority) about date to cover but the date will be finalized by the authority. We suggest you (Client) to select pre/post wedding shot day by considering any working day and excepting busiest day like, Thursday, Friday and informing us at least 7 days ago. Any restricted zones of photoshoot are suggested to avoid and if requiring permission client have to take the permission.

3.      Editing, Re-editing & Printing Properties

3.1    Using “The Wedding Bell” text on Properties: In all edited, printed pictures, Promo/Trailer, Movie/Cine Video/Full Cinematography “The Wedding Bell” text will be showed on the corner. To get any properties without watermark charge will be applicable.

3.1.1Promo song (audio) cannot be re-added/changed. You can alter some of clips (ranging 3/4) of promo if you want. If you want to change the song, please charge will be applicable.

3.1.2If you want to print your pictures on glossy paper, please mention it on selection e-mail first. No claim will be accepted later after sending selection e-mail.

3.2    Requiring Time to Deliver Re-edited properties: After you provided the correction; Pictures re-editing needs 10 days, Movie/Cine video/Full cinematography needs 12 days and Promo/Trailer needs 15 days to deliver.

4.      Payment & Charges

4.1    Payment System: Advance booking requires amount of 30% & rest 70% is payable in event. Within 72 hours of your event date, you will get all the raw pictures and you can select the pictures for Editing + Printing (if included).

4.1.1Outside Dhaka: Outside of Dhaka District 50% shift charge will be applicable to the package price and client have to manage/carry the transportation cost, accommodation cost and food cost. Shift charge can be varied (increase/decrease), please contact directly to get the quote.

4.2    For Bashor, Preparation, Parlor, Getting Ready shoot and outside of Venue will take extra charges (Per Photographer 1,500 taka & Per Cinematographer 1,500 Taka per hour & have to manage/carry cost of transportation). Requiring extra time of Chief photographer 12,000 taka will be charged per hour, it will be possible if there is available slot of our chief.         

4.3    For removing watermark from the Edited & Printed Pictures 50% charge will be to the total price.

4.4    Requiring extra Edited + Printed [4R, matte paper] pictures, 50taka will be added to per copy, for just printed [4R, matte paper] pictures 30tk will be added and for just edited picture 30 taka will be charged.

4.5    For re-editing promo song 2500 taka will be charged for each.

5.      Sharing Properties

5.1    If you have issue to share your properties on social media you have to tell it on booking time, if you do not tell The Wedding Bell Authority will not be responsible. To restrict sharing properties on social media no discount on packages will be applicable and extra 15% will be charged on total.                                                                                                                                                                                         

6.      N.B.

6.1    If we find any kind of misbehave, harassment, hassle from your side in the program with any staff of us, working will be stopped on that time. If you find any problem from our staff please must communicate with The Wedding Bell Authority immediately, we will take action If you do not contact immediately, The Wedding Bell does not take any kind of complain later.

6.2    Booking money is not refundable. If your event date/time/venue is got changed we will cover your event on next schedule.

6.3    After 7 days of final delivery, if there is no complain about the project, considered to be as a successful project and Deleted from us permanently which cannot be recovered.

6.4    The Wedding Bell can upload properties on social media. If you have restriction to share pic on social media; you have to pay the charge. See charge on “Sharing Properties” section.
